We had double room, hotel was clean, check-in was the best. The staff there were helpful and knowledgeable.

Fabulous hotel, the stay was excellant, exceptional location close to the supermarket. We had an efficient check-in, the room was delightful with matterhorn view. The food was great, with variety of options.

This hotel was brilliant base for exploring Zermatt, appreciated it. We were offered plentiful buffet breakfast with cheeses, the best minced smoked salmon, juices. Central location of this hip new venue was a bonus.

hotel is cozy, with tasty breakfast, and location is unbeatable really close to the centre of the village and both the main railway station and the other to gornergrat and close to the bus stop + supermarket next door.

Funny staff, delicious food and awesome breakfast. Picturesque location, close to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise, train station, the centre, though the area was quite busy. Friendly check-in and AMAZING service. Besides, parking was outside, that's important for me.

We loved staying here, the breakfast was generous. Room was top-notch and well priced. Cute location, easy walk to Denner Partner. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was extraordinary. Pool was clean too. This hotel was really great value.

A deluxe hotel in Zermatt. Helpful staff and good location. We were happy with our deluxe suite with a balcony. We were in a hurry and did n't use the pool although it looked heated😃❤

The food and staff of the hotel were impressive. We received a room with a sunny balcony and CAPTIVATING views. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The traditional restaurant is good. We loved our time at the property, thanks a lot.

Right by sunnegga, 10 minutes' walk to Zermatt train station. We really enjoyed the a swimming pool.
